Surf Jam 2013

 Mark your calendars for Friday, May 17th, 4-7pm one of the most exciting events at Truman Benedict! There will be game truck, Inflatable rides/slides, cake walk, food, games and a silent auction. Don't forget the Photo Booth!

 

All money raised helps the PTA provide great programs like Art Masters, K-3 music, computer lab, field trips, in-house science workshops  and much more.  Come support your school and have a great family night out.  Room Parents will be sending out information letting you know how you can volunteer to help.

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!   

 

We would love to get some help for:

Cake walk-we will need 2 volunteers to work 1 hour shifts from 4-7pm. They will be in charge of playing music while the children walk and stopping it at 3 different times. The winner gets to choose a baked good and the other kids each get a small prize.
So 6 volunteers total.
4:00 TO 5:00________________
5:00 TO 6:00_________________
6:00 TO 7:00__________________

We also need lots of baked good donations as prizes for the winners of the cake walk. Please email

Wristband sales-we need 6 volunteers for 1 hour shifts starting at 3:15-6pm. So a total of 18 volunteers to sell wristbands and have parents fill out waivers.

Surf Jam Silent Auction Donations

We are seeking donations for the Surf Jam silent auction.   Great auction items includes admission tickets to sporting events or the theater, gift certificates, use of a vacation home or merchandise. All donations are tax deductible.
