Linking your Ralphs Club Card Q & A
Many of you are asking questions about the Ralphs program and how it will affect you.Here are those questions we have heard around school and the answers from Ralphs.
PLEASE help to support our school by doing this easy and FREE (no cost to you) fundraiser. Last year Ralphs donated several thousand dollars to our school PTA. We have used the donated funds to purchase technology equipment and software for our classrooms and computer lab, paid for assemblies, field trip busses, library books, science workshops, music classes, classroom supplies and more.

QUESTION:
I signed up last year, why do I have to do it again?
ANSWER:
Ralphs only makes a 12 month commitment to this program each school year,so they empty the participant lists every year on August 31.
QUESTION:
Does participation in the program interfere with my individual Rewards?
ANSWer:
No. Your individual rewards are awarded to you and your household. Your Community Contributions are for your favorite community organization. Even though both programs are based on your Ralphs purchases and are linked to your Ralphs rewards Card, the two programs are completely unrelated to each other.
QUESTION:Why do I have to re‐register this year if I already signed up last year?
RALPHS Answer:
The Ralphs Community Program will be evaluated every year and changes will be considered based on the success of the program. By making a one‐year commitment
to Ralphs, Ralphs is also making a one‐year commitment to you and your favorite community organization. It also gives each organization an opportunity to refresh
its membership by spreading the word to new members and keeping the previous members informed about any changes to the program. The annual re‐enrollment will also help your favorite organization and Ralphs
maintain an updated list of group members’ current address information, etc.
QUESTION: What if I don’t know what my card number is because I use my phone number?
ANSWER: Just shop as you normally would, punch in your phone number at the register key pad,
and hand the scan bar card that was sent home to the cashier to scan and your card will be linked for the entire school year.You only have to scan it once a year.

Just call our Ralphs rewards card hotline at 1‐800‐660‐9003. Let the representative
know that you need ALL digits to your card in order to register for the Community
Contributions program.

What are the step‐by‐step instructions so I can register my Ralphs rewards card online?
ANSWER:(There are two ways below)
IF YOU HAVE NEVER REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE
NOTE: We have a secured website, these procedures will apply to everyone who has not entered their email address and assigned a password.
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click on Services
3. Click on Community Contributions
4. Click on enroll
5. If you are a new ONLINE CUSTOMER, you must click on GET STARTED. SIGN UP
TODAY in the ‘Create An Account’ box.
6. Sign up for a Ralphs Account by following the easy steps!

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ON-LINE
(This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click Sign In
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click on ‘My Account’ (In the top right hand corner)
5. View all your information and edit as necessary
QUESTION:
What if I or my family members don’t have access to a computer or an email address, how do I donate to my favorite organization?
ANSWER:
Please use the Scan Bar Card made specifically for your school.
They have been sent home and will be sent home again in the future or you can print it directly from this email or your school PTA Website.
OR
Just call our Ralphs rewards card hotline at 1‐800‐660‐9003. Let the representative
know that you need ALL digits to your card in order to register for the Community Contributions program.
